Portable Appliance Testing. "Smart-test" carry out Portable Appliance Testing in line with "The Institution of Electrical Engineers" code of practice for in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment. We issue all necessary certification and documentation as laid down in the "Electricity at work regulations 1989" to satisfy requirements of the "Health and Safety Executive".
