To set up appliance/site database, issue all certification
and documentation relating to that site, and to carry out
the first 12 Portable Appliance Tests.			£56.00		plus V.A.T.

Thereafter each Test. (Class 1 and Class 2)			£  2.40 per item	plus V.A.T.

I.E.C. lead Test and Inspection. (Detachable mains lead)	£  1.80 per lead	plus V.A.T.

Formal visual Inspection and "low ohm" Test. (I.T. equipment, 
and Extra Low Voltage items)				£  1.20 per item	plus V.A.T.

This price would include the setting up of a register for items tested, with individual appliance
number, description and location, detailed on the necessary certification. Each item would be labeled
accordingly for future identification and testing. These prices would also include minor
rectification work as required. (Re-connection of plug tops, fitting of correct size fuse and re-securing
terminations etc.) Replacement plug tops charged at £3.78 each plus V.A.T.
